Hoooooly cow, has it been a while! I’ve missed making and baking things to share with you but you know how sometimes you just need to take a step back and figure out what direction you need/want to go in? That’s what I’ve been up to. I’ve been..recalibrating a bit. But I’ve missed all of you!

In honor of National Grilled Cheese Day, I’m sharing a recipe I worked on a few weeks ago. If you feel like you need some bread, whether it’s for a sausage and biscuit, a burger, or just want a grilled cheese — this is it. It has around 10g of carbs total depending on the specific brands you decide to use.
There’s 3 steps:
- Throw everything in a mug.
- Microwave for 90 seconds. (Time may slightly vary).
